Sunday Dinner - Meatballs Over Fettuccine
Ladies & Gentlemen sometimes we need a little help in the kitchen. I like to share easy meals that will please that special someone in your life and make you look like a great cook even if you aren't. They are easy and quick!
Tonight’s Dinner is: Meatballs Over Fettuccine
Fettuccine
Cook 1 bag of Fettuccine; Boil until tender. I like to take a piece and taste it to see if I like the taste. Do not over or under cook. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Meatballs
Take 1 bag of meatballs (frozen section of store), 1 large jar of Preggo tomato sauce & 1 can of diced tomatoes and/or 1 jar of roasted peppers. Put in a large pot (sauce pan). Cook on medium high heat until it begins to bubble. Cover and allow to cook 20 additional min stirring occasionally. Try a meatball to ensure it is cooked all the way; if it isn’t cook a little longer.
Put Fettuccine on a plate and spoon meatballs over fettuccini.
