Sunday Dinner - Chicken w/Artichoke & Mushroom Alfredo over Penne

Ladies & Gentlemen sometimes we need a little help in the kitchen. I like to share easy meals that will please that special someone in your life and make you look like a great cook even if you aren't. They are easy and quick!


Tonight’s Dinner is: Chicken w/Artichoke & Mushroom Alfredo over Penne

1 Bag or Box of Penne Pasta
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Small Jars or 1 Large of Alfredo
1 cup Fresh sliced Mushrooms
1 can of Artichokes

Directions

Season & Bake chicken on 400 degrees (I made mines in the roaster oven)

After 30 min Cook pasta per package instructions

At the same time pasta is cooking; Pour Alfredo sauce, artichokes & mushrooms into a large sauce pan (pot); Heat on medium until hot

Turn heat down to low & let simmer until pasta and chicken are done. Stir Occasionally

Drain Pasta when tender & rinse w/cold water

Scoop pasta on to plate, add chicken on top, & lastly; spoon sauce mix on top of it all.
