My Detox Day 7
3 Days to go!
Day 7: Well I have reached day 7. I have 3 more days to go. Can you say excited…lol 10lbs down. I have serious control over my eating. Body is feeling healthy and bloat free. Toxins are leaving my body. I have mad energy! Last night was good for me. I went to play pool and darts had a blast. Once again I was thrown into an environment that has been the source of my night time eating and I was very willing to turn down an offer for something to eat or drink, it came with ease. I’ve smelt wonderful scents of different foods all week and just like any time I have said mmm smells sooo good. But I am not overcome with a desire to eat. It is so crazy because oddly enough, in terms of what I eat (aside for sweets) I eat fairly healthy. There are a ton of things that I don’t even eat. I don’t eat red meat, rarely eat fried food. I steam my veggies, bake & grill my meats. Crazy! Its always been the time I eat and eating too much when I am out like eating then later at night eating again even if I am not hungry and that began about one to two years go when I got back into the promo game. I think it got worse about a year ago and really bad the past few months.
Well, the time has flown past me. I left this blog and started doing a million other things so let me say toodles for now.
