Yogi...Not The Bear

I’ve talked about body detox many times on my blog and I can’t express enough just how much it helps the body. If you’ve been tired a lot and feeling sluggish it more than likely is due to too many toxins in your liver and kidneys. A body detox helps liver and kidneys function as well as cleanses your blood stream. It is especially good if you eat red meat or a lot of sugar and junk food. You don’t have to be over weight to need a detox. Everyone no matter of their eating habits should detox their system.

I thought I would share with you the detox tea I have been drinking. The brand of tea I am drinking is Yogi. I chose Yogi for two reasons; first, you can drink one cup a day and the other brand the minimum was 2. Secondly, it has more ingredients that aid in cleansing your system. It has a pepper taste but it isn’t hot. I actually like the spicy taste of it. It makes it easier to drink without sugar.

On another note I thought boxing class would be difficult while detoxing since you don’t eat as much, but it actually was quite ok. You just have to stay hydrated.
