Healthy Tip of the Day

To make it easier to bring your salad for lunch during the week, buy prewashed lettuce & precooked chicken breasts, cut all your veggies Sunday night and store in separate sealable containers. That way even when you are tired all you have to do is toss your fixings in a bowl and go!
Remember to stay focused and keep your eye on the goal!
