Sunday Dinner: Chicken, Seafood & Broccoli over Whole Grain Penne
Ladies & Gentlemen sometimes we need a little help in the kitchen. I like to share easy meals that will please that special someone in your life and make you look like a great cook even if you aren't. They are easy and quick!
Tonight’s Dinner is: Chicken, Seafood & Broccoli over Whole Grain Penne
Ingredients
2 Cups of Whole Grain Penne
1 Cup of Chicken
2 Cups of Seafood Mix
½ Cup of Diced Onions
1 Cup of Broccoli
1 tsp each of Italian Seasoning, Oregano and Lemon Pepper
1 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Directions
Cook pasta per package instructions.
At the same time pasta is cooking; In a large skillet or wok add onions and chicken until chicken is no longer pink on the outside; add broth and seafood mix, let simmer for 10 minutes; add broccoli. Heat on medium and let simmer, stir frequently for 10 additional minutes.
Drain Pasta when tender & rinse w/cold water.
You can place the pasta on the bottom or mix it all together and serve.
