Shani's Keto Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

Olive Oil
1 lb ground Turkey Sausage (or any ground meat)
6 Beaten Eggs
1/2 Cup Fresh Raw Spinach
1/4 Cup Diced Scallions (Green Onions)
1/4 Cup Diced Onions
1/4 Cup Diced Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Dice Red Bell Peppers
2 Cups Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven on 350 degrees.
Slightly oil the bottom of a 9x9 glass baking dish.

Brown sausage in a skillet (dice up if needed, it should be crumbly) layer evenly along the bottom of baking dish. Pour eggs on top. Layer with spinach, scallions, onions, mushrooms and red bell peppers. Top with cheese.

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes...Enjoy

*Just double/half the recipe to make a bigger/smaller serving and make sure to use an appropriate baking dish.
