Keto Shrimp & Sausage Soup
Ingredients
48 oz Chicken broth
1 lb smoked Turkey sausage
1 lb shrimp
1 bag of winter vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower)
1 28oz can of italian crushed tomatoes
8oz cubed cream cheese
1 bag fresh spinach
1 lb mushrooms
Himalayan sea salt
Italian seasoning
Peppper

Crushed red pepper

Directions
Add all ingredients to IP.
Lock the lid on your pot, turn the knob to Seal. Push Pressure Cook and set the time for 10 minutes.
Once the timer goes off allow pot to do a quick release (QR). This will release the steam naturally. Once all of the steam has been released and the valve has dropped, open the pot, mix your ingredients and serve.
*To make this in the crockpot/slow cooker. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or more until creamy.
Top with feta. Enjoy!
*Non-Keto eaters...you can serve over pasta or rice.
