Shani Instant Pot Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 small onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cabbage, shredded
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Brown ground meat. Drain.
Add all ingredients to IP.
Lock the lid on your pot, turn the knob to Seal. Push Pressure Cook and set the time for 3 minutes.

Once the timer goes off allow pot to do a quick release (QR). This will release the steam immediately. Once all of the steam has been released and the valve has dropped, open the pot, mix your ingredients and serve. Enjoy
