Shani's Keto Chili
Ingredients
3lbs Ground Turkey (or meat of choice)
1 small Onion, diced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Green bell pepper, diced
2 cups Mushrooms, diced
2 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
2 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
12 oz can Tomato Paste
7 oz can Green Chilis
28 oz can Dice Tomatoes
2 tbsp Hot Sauce

Directions
Preheat a large pot on medium-high heat.
Add ground meat, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. Mix frequently until meat is browned. Do not drain fat.
Add all seasonings and allowed to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add tomato paste, green chilies, diced tomatoes, and hot sauce. Allowed to simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Add cheese if you like...enjoy!
