Sunday Dinner - Baked Salmon, Twice Baked Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli


Ladies & Gentlemen sometimes we need a little help in the kitchen. I like to share easy meals that will please that special someone in your life and make you look like a great cook even if you aren't. They are easy and quick!

Tonight’s Dinner is: Baked Salmon, Twice Baked Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli


Baked Salmon
Put salmon fillets in a glass baking dish. Top with sliced onions, garlic, lemon, salt pepper & butter. Add a little water to the bottom of the baking dish. Bake salmon on 350 degrees for no more than 30 min. To prevent from drying sccop some of the liquid from the dish over the salmon after about 15 min.

Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked potatoes are in your grocers frozen section. Cook using manufacturers directions.

Steamed Broccoli
The easiest way to steam broccoli if you don’t have a steamed is by buying it frozen in the bag and placing the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes.
