My Detox Day 6
4 Days to Go!
Day 6: Well it is the beginning of day 6 of my juice fast detox and I am feeling good. I will admit that last night I was hungry as all hell. I just had some water while I was out tho. Today I am going to do a flush before I go out for this meeting. I will also proudly say in conjunction with creating a cleaner system for myself I have lost 9 pounds. Well, not too much to report today regarding the detox but I may just be back later. I have some venting to do but I will save that for after I flush.
