Shani’s Skillet Chicken Cacciatore

I decided to share some of my detox recipes with you all. I am so excited about this new venture! This is another recipe my kids LOVE! I made this two days in a row but on day two I forgot to buy some red peppers and added broccoli. I also made the kids some whole wheat penne pasta to mix with theirs.

Shani’s Skillet Chicken Cacciatore
(97 calories per serving, makes 4 servings)

Ingredients

4oz Grilled Chicken breasts
Diced Onion Slices
Diced Red Bell Pepper
Mushrooms
Diced Tomatoes
Low Sodium Chicken broth
Italian Seasoning
Oregano
Basil
Lemon Pepper


Directions

Sautee’ onions, bell pepper, & mushrooms until tender.
Add chicken, tomatoes, broth & seasonings

Let simmer on medium heat for 10 min
