Brussels Sprouts & Apples


Ingredients
 
Brussels Sprouts
Green Apples
Olive Oil
Rice Wine Vinegar
Ground Ginger
Italian Seasoning
Pink Sea Salt
Pepper
Lemon Pepper
 
Directions
 
Peel outer layer of Brussels sprouts, cut off the ends, slice each Brussels sprout in half the long way.
Slice apples into quarter pieces and slice each piece in half the short way.
 
In a bowl mix Brussels sprouts and apples, sprinkle olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, sea salt, pepper and lemon pepper.
 
In a skillet on medium high heat down brussels sprouts. Allow to cook about 2-3 minutes on each side turning each time.
