Keto Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 pound ground Turkey/Beef
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar free BBQ Sauce/Sugar free Ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.
Bake one hour.

Top wish BBQ sauce/ketchup bake additional 15 minutes
