Next Day Diet

So I am not sure if you have heard of the Next Day Diet but it is geared towards long time weight loss.
I am going to try and make it where this isn’t so long but I love to share info with you all so I will also give as much details as possible. I subscribe to a couple magazines one is First for Women (other is Jet). First always has these good health tips, so in the October issue they talk about the Next Day Diet.
The diet prevents you from feeling deprived of food. You get to eat. You eat 1200 calories one day then eat as much as you like the next day.
Now to jump start the program it is best to start with a flush. For more info on flushing check out my link to sea salt flush or try one of your own.

Next is cycle 1. Prime your body for lasting weight loss. This cycle last 17 days and comes with up to 20lbs of weight loss. Yes up to 20 lbs. It rids the body of water weight and fat while establishing healthy eating habits and dialing up your metabolism.
1. Eat unlimited protein like fish, poultry, & eggs
2. Fill up on detoxifying veggies like tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, & cucumbers
3. Favor low-sugar fruit (2 servings a day before 2pm) like apples, berries, grapefruit, oranges, pears, & prunes. But none after 2pm
4. Snack on probiotic-rich foods (2 servings daily) like yogurt, kefir, miso, tempeh & sauerkraut
5. Drink 8 oz of hot water with the juice of half a lemon when u wake up
6. Avoid starchy carbs, sugar and alcohol

There are 4 cycles to this plan:
Cycle 2: Rev you metabolism
Cycle 3: Lock in slim
Cycle 4: Maintain
