Sea Salt Flush

For those that are interested in the Sea Salt flush here is the math:

Three Important Tips to make sure you do the Sea Salt Water Flush right
1. Make sure you don’t used iodized table salt. NON-iodized sea salt is important.
2. The Salt Water Flush MUST be done on an empty stomach
3. Drink an all natural laxative tea the night before

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Natural ground non-iodized Sea Salt (NOT TABLE SALT)
2 Quarts (64oz) of warm water
You can add lemon if you want

In my opinion it tastes better the warmer it is but don’t make it so hot you can’t gulp it down, sipping it won’t work.

Stay close to the toilet it only takes 30-60 minutes to work. Have plenty of tissue on stock, soap & hand lotion (all that washing after each BM gets them ashy…lol) You may also want some baby wipes. Another FYI: If you feel like you want to pass gas during this process; DON’T get to the toilet!

Benefits of the Sea Salt Flush:
Detoxification
The main goal of the sea salt cleanse is to detoxify your body, removing supposed "toxic" waste products and parasites that can cause health problems. Theoretically, these solid wastes have been trapped in your body for months or years, causing a slow-drip of toxins into your system; which leads to symptoms such as allergies and chronic fatigue.

Improved Bowel Function
Detoxification via a sea salt cleanse is also suggested to create a feeling of "lightness" due to the excretion of months or years of waste build-up. As a result, your bowel function improves and promotes the production of healthy bacteria that improve your immunity. Repopulating the digestive system with healthy bacteria also, helps improve the motility of the digestive tract and when done regularly, it helps prevent waste from building in the digestive tract.

I hope that helped!

And...It Is What It Is
