Air Fryer Whole 30 Approved Fried Chicken


Ingredients
1lb of Chicken Wingettes/Drumettes
½ cup of Coconut or Almond Flour
¼ cup of Mustard or Almond Milk
2 spritz of Olive Oil
Seasonings of your choice

Directions
Preheat your Air Fryer on 400F. Season your flour. In a bowl pour your mustard. Dip your chicken in the mustard  (or almond milk) and coat evenly. Dip your chicken in your flour and coat evenly. Shake off any excess flour. Spray both sides of your chicken with olive oil. Lay your chicken in your air fryer and set timer to 20 minutes. After 10 minutes check your chicken, if it is brown, flip your chicken. Check again after 5 minutes, if it is brown, remove the chicken. If not allow it to cook the additional 5 minutes.
