Instant Pot Alfredo and Artichoke Penne Pasta w/Air Fryer Salmon
All night and day, I was pondering over what to make in my Instant Pot. When I went to the store to pick up the smoked turkey legs I also picked up some Alfredo sauce, penne pasta, and some artichokes. But I can’t lie, I was a little hesitant to make pasta in a pressure cooker. To my surprise, my penne turned out great; but the star of the show was the salmon, which was actually a last-minute decision.
This blog post
is going to highlight both the pasta and the salmon. I also made steamed
broccoli but I’m not going to focus on that.
