Keto Friendly Shrimp and Cream Cheese Stuffed Tortillas

Each tortilla is 4g net carbs makes four triangles. Fold tortilla twice and cut each joint giving you four triangles. 

The filling consists of diced jumbo shrimp, cream cheese, diced onion, fish sauce, and monkfruit sweetener.

Using your finger, wet the rim of each triangle. Fill each triangle with 1/2 tablespoon of filling then close. Connect and seal the open ends and add more water if needed until it stays closed.

Heat in a small amount of oil on medium heat about 1 minute per side. 

*you can also use real crab meat in place of shrimp.
